How do I add products?

Go to Dashboard → Products → Add Product. Upload images, set your price, and assign a category.

How does WhatsApp ordering work?

Customers complete checkout on your store, then WhatsApp opens with a structured order message. You also see the order in your dashboard.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. Open Dashboard → Billing to compare plans and submit an upgrade request.

How do coupons work?

On plans that include Coupons & promos, create codes in your dashboard. Customers apply them at checkout before sending the WhatsApp order.
